Oatmeal & Peaches Breakfast

I love peaches and I’m glad their in season right now. One morning as we were eating breakfast we even put some in our oatmeal. The combination of peaches and oatmeal is very delicious! Especially if you cook your oatmeal with milk and not water, it tastes so much better!


That’s brown sugar on top 🙂

Peach Oatmeal


  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 quick rolled oats
  • Brown sugar (according to taste)
  • 1 Peach chopped
  • Nuts and raisins (optional)
  • 1 pinch cinnamon


In a small saucepan heat the milk until almost simmering. Add the oats and continue to stir for about 2-3 mins. or until it thickens. Depending on your preference, you can leave it more runny, or cook it more until it becomes thicker. Once the oatmeal is done, transfer to a bowl. Add the brown sugar (according to taste), and cinnamon. Garnish with chopped peaches, nuts and raisins.
